Personality:
RJ is very confident in his abilities as a pilot and inventor. He is naturally very goofy and outgoing. He enjoys making friends and working with a group rather then going solo. His time in his home islands civil war has given him a more serious side. He relies alot on his intuition and never second-guesses his abilities or decisions.

History:
RJ was born in Entara City, which is he capitol city of a secluded island nation called Entara. RJ's father was the Commander-in-Chief and RJ always looked up to him. When RJ was little he studied non-stop to become and accomplished Zoid Pilot. Things he sudied included Zoid mechanics, and he designed Zoids as a hobby. At the age of 16 RJ enlisted in the Entara National Zoid Army.

RJ eventually became a celebrated pilot of a blue Raynos, which earned him the nickname "The Blue Jay". He was eventually assigned to the special forces Blue Troop with his comrades
being a Shield Liger and a blue Guysak. On RJ's 18th birthday Entara erupted into Civil War, splitting the island nation in two. In the final battle, after 3 months of fighting, their was a malfunction with a charged particle cannon which annihilated both armies, leaving RJ as the only known survivor. RJ then spent a year building a new Zoid from the parts from the totaled Blue Troop, the result being the Wing Liger. RJ then used his Wing Liger to fly to they mainland and register as a Zoid Warrior.

Description: The Wing Liger is a make-shift zoid created for close-range air combat. It's body is taken from the Shield Liger, but the shield and weapons have been removed. In addition, for the purpose of achieving flight, the armor capacities of the zoid have been reduced to 1/4 of their original defensive capabilities, drastically decreasing the weight of the zoid. The wings of the Liger are sharpened from the claw to tip to create a decent bladed-weapon. When the zoid is on the ground running, unfurling its wings allows it to move at impressive speeds, but renders it incapable of properly executing a turn. The furled wings are also bulky and decrease mobility. It is also equipped with the weak AZ 30 mm Beam Rifle for simple dogfights. The Jet Booster is necessary for achieving flight and is placed behind the Beam Rifle. The battle strategy of the Wing Liger is to drop in on top of opponents and use its wings or claws to rip up its opponents armor.
