MV2...
The meaning of the name, yet unknown. The news reports on this group flashed on and off for the past few months, usually buried under the day's zoid battle reports. Not much was known about them, other than their extreme radicalism and militancy. Garbled threats against the collective governments and organizations in the continent were sometimes broadcast over free-wave comm channels, but nothing more until recently.
Without any provocation, seemingly, raids started occurring across the settled parts of the continent. The group struck fast, and with a small amount of zoids. And yet, they were managing to overpower both ZBC and Backdraft defenses. The raids stole zoids, equipments, and parts from both factions, hitting and hauling off before any reenforcements could arrive.
The news, for the past few days, has been nothing but this group. For the first time, they have released a video to the public. In it, a young boy talks, listing off their one demand: an immediate and total cessation of all paid zoid battles, sanctioned and unsanctioned. The boy listed off a 3 day deadline, as well. Hardly threatening, were it not for one aspect: he was standing on top of a Gilvader in the video, and was standing next to an organoid.
Three days have passed. The demand, as could be expected, was not met. All that can be seen now is the billowing clouds of smoke coming from Romeo City, and the black silouette highlighted by the burning orange light beneath: Gilvader!
This mission takes place in Romeo City. The objective is to neutralize the Gilvader currently laying waste to the city. There is one side objective though: find out more about MV2, their motives, and the reasons behind their demands. Gilvader is using an unencrypted comm channel, and can be contacted.
Reward
30 posts each. 50 team points. Not much, since there are so many.
Ranks
All ranks can enter this competition. Not all of them will have an easy time of it though.
D - D rank zoids will need to be assisted in order to survive. They would do best to avoid direct combat and focus on support.
C - C rank zoids will be able to keep themselves alive alright, so can be in the actual battle. They won't be able to do much damage individually, though, so must either work as support or combine their attacks with other zoids to affect Gilvader.
B - B rank zoids will be at the front line of this battle. They will be skilled enough to get up close and personal with the Gilvader, while staying alive in the process.
Fortress - Fortress and cargo zoids will only be able to make it to the edge of the city, and thus will not be able to help due to Romeo City's tall buildings. They will, however, be able to use their fire to keep Gilvader low, where it can be fought effectively. Zoids like Whale King that attempt to get close will be destroyed.
Rule Changes
First of all, this thread does not count towards your 1-thread limit. So anyone who wants to can be involved! You can only be in one Plot mission at a time, if they're both happening at once.
The standard 3-day rule applies for the post order. If you take longer than 3 days, you're removed from it until you return. It won't be a standard order, though. Gilvader posts first, then everyone involved posts next, in any order they want. Once all the fighters post, Gilvader will post again. All you have to do is post once between each Gilvader post, don't worry about the other zoids (unless you're doing some teamwork).
Registration
Since this is a massive battle, we cannot afford to have the thread hindered by having too many people waiting to post. In addition to the different post-order mentioned above, registration for this mission will be in three separate fields.
Of the three below, pick which place of the city you want to be stationed in. If you don't have a strong preference for any of them in particular, pick whichever has the fewest members. Once an area has six zoids, no more can go there. If all three areas fill up, I will create more as needed.
The Gilvader will fly from one area to the next, hitting each zone only once. The order will be random, so you cannot tell where it will go first and where it will go last. All you can do is wait until it enters your area, then that thread will start. The battle will be in 3 parts, or more if we get enough members before the 24th deadline.

Locations:
Downtown: This area is a grid of wide streets, in between towering skyscrapers. Fire will keep the Gilvader beneath the line of the buildings. There will be plenty of cover to hide behind, for both Gilvader and the zoids fighting it.
Tionus Kirin, Dragul, Midnight, Tai, Caleb, Dmitri
Axial Park: This area is the park in the central axis of the city. A wide-open grassy plain, about half an acre's worth, provides very open combat and fighting.
Azler Wilder, Ai Otome, DogTrot, Firo, Destroyer, Aiyoku Amaya
Construction Zone: This part of the city is under construction. Large, towering buildings exist only in the form of steel skeletons, providing plenty of places to climb up and jump at the aerial opponent. Little cover, though, and tough piloting.
Max Shepherd, Ikazuchi Ryûsuke, Shadow Zeranion, Vaan, Reverant Vrake, Megumi Attabiah
Grand Central Station: This zone is actually one large complex, where the dozens of railways that go in and out of Romeo City meet. The place is crisscrossed with tracks leading in every direction, all meeting in one central building. This place is a dome, about the size of the Tournament Arena. Each train is large enough to pul gustav-sized trailers, and carry zoids, so there is plenty of cover. The glass roof of the dome is likely to be broken early on by the firefight. This stage is large, and can hold any amount of zoids to battle in.
