I know you get TP if you win a battle but what if the battle is a draw? Also do you get TP when you lose or do you actually lose TP?

Draw: If it's a draw, then the prize posts/TP are split between the contestants.
Lose: You do not gain, nor lose, any team points for losing a battle.
