Zoid Upgrading Question?

Alright, I'm about to go to the Team Shop for the first time and I have one pretty simple question. I plan on buying a factory which allows me to make Zoid parts and everything, and the Hagner which allows me to upgrade Zoids.

But my question is does it cost money to upgrade the Zoids. Lets say I buy a D-Rank Zoid for a 100 pts, and upgrade it too a C-rank Zoid. Would that cost me 100 pts since C-Ranks are 100 pts more than D-ranks, or will it be free?

A personal zoid is always free - a team zoid I'm not too sure about though

Yeah, I know that the personal Zoid is free, but it states nothing in the rules if a team zoid being upgraded costing money. I would like to know this because this would probably affect what I'll buy in the Team shop.

Yes and no. You could upgrade it, but it would still cost you money for the parts and materials needed to upgrade. It'll definitely cost less than 100 though.

Since it's impossible to price every possible upgrade ahead of time, just have a staff do it for you Shouldn't be that expensive unless you're hacking parts from existing zoids.
