Other Information: Most of my experience is in profile approval and things of that sort. Judging battles and things like that I can get used to doing and wouldn't mind doing. I'm very good at adapting to new situations and standing my ground in a neutral way so I can easily and bloodlessly resolve conflicts. I'm also willing to do a lot of work to make the admins jobs easier.

My job's actually pretty easy as it is. I tried to build this site with as little staff-intrusion as possible needed, as opposed to other sites.
