The one power that is to take down the corruption in Anrui is failing. They are fighting a losing battle, given the current situation. Plasma's domination in the region of Anrui is growing more extensive by every second - One more Pokemon is stolen, one more person is brainwashed, one more dead. It is certain - Anrui is falling into a state of complete darkness at the rate everything is going. Tybalt, the one presumed to be in charge of the Resistance, is rumoured to have been captured and locked up, courtesy of Plasma.
The lack of a leader is apparent amongst the rebels. However, their numbers do not speak for their spirit. Inside, they are fighting on, and making sure that they'll turn the tables and restore the peaceful state of Anrui.
The Resistance has arranged for a battling Tournament to be held. The prize is of utmost importance: the winner gains an admin position within the Resistance. Of course, a title of high prestige brings many in, for many are keen, but amongst them there will be traitors. Unknowingly, there lurk members of the Plasma. It is unavoidable, despite the attempts of The Resistance to keep the matter discreet. People are flocking towards the tournament, however the true identities of the participants remain unknown.
It is possible for a disguised member of Plasma to enter, but if they happen to win, the Resistance will surely realize the leader's traitorous position eventually. Resistance members would relentlessly attack them until the individual looses. Plasma has announced that they will not defend a team member who wins the tournament. Hence, spies must face their hellish retribution alone.
In the more likely scenario that a Resistance member wins, they will become 'leader'. Of course, the position will not be an easy title to hold. Plasma Admin Vanity has proclaimed that they will relentlessly pursue the new leader. Punishment will not merely be disposal of pokemon, rather, the individual will be penalized with death. You may continue, but it's not too late to turn back.
