Other Information: First of all, and most importantly in my opinion, I'm a trustworthy person, I'm not going to screw over the entire site if I get pissed or upset.
Next, I'm extremely decisive. I will FAIRLY make decisions after hearing from both parties and will carry it out, I rarely avoid issues and I am unbiased in most situations, which ones I am are more punishable things (If someone is being racist or using excessive foul language, I will be biased is what I mean).
I'd like to think that I'm good at what I do, even if it is relatively simple. I am helpful, I have never yelled at a person for asking me questions, and if the answer is a No or a denial something of the like, I will try to help them out by making suggestions of how to make up for whatever was said No to, though I will never allow it to compromise the initial denial.
I'm extremely active as well, and would do my best to solve problems as soon as they are brought before me. Even though I do have another site to take care of, I am good at multitasking rather often (Of course, everyone has off/bad days).
I really want to help out around this site, as I think it could become pretty popular, though I will be honest, and I recognize that saying this isn't the best way to get hired...It needs some fine tuning, things like a Member List in the Teams is needed to keep track of whose in what Team and how many are in each, more stuff to buy, more codes to give the board a cleaner look, nothing major, but stuff that can help draw people to here and encourage them to stick around.
