Personality: A kid with a heart of Gold, Jonny Delwas is one of the kindest guys around. Honest to the point its obnoxious, caring enough for self sacrifice, and one of the most loyal people you'll ever meet. He has an optimistic view of things most of the time, always believing in the best, even if all hope is lost. However this is also joined by something that undermines these efforts a lot - his hotbloodedness.
Yes he can never say no to a challenge, no to a fight, and quite frankly - can be completely oblivious when hes caught up in the heat of things.
Theres also a bit of a... darker side to him. He refers to it as the unwanted, it refers to itself as 'Tempest'. Tempest is rude, violent, and not unwilling to throw away others to achieve his goals. He is also calm and collected in battle, in short - the total opposite of Jonny. This is also the side Jonny doesn't want people knowing about, trying to keep it suppressed when hes around others. Its also the source of his doubts, cause if he made friends, Tempest could ruin everything.
History: Born in the quiet village of Tranquility, Jonny was the son of the village chief, and warranted a lot of unjustified respect. He would constantly demand they stop seeing him as the village chief's son, and instead a regular person - this never worked out so well. In the end he had to do something so stupid, so crazy, that it would warrant peoples real attention on him - and not the name he had. He piloted his father's Molga without permission. He levelled twelve huts, blew up the village statue, and injured 5 people. Noone was impressed.
Instead they thought him mad, insane. They locked him up, deprived him of any and all contact. It was terrible, horrible, lonely... It was here he learned manners and respect, they were the only things that would get him out of there. However it also allowed for a new side to grow, a side of Jonny that would soon be known as 'tempest', for upon Jonny's release, it caused even more havoc than the first time around. Judging that they themselves could no longer handle him, the entire village - and one begrudging father - exiled Jonny, never to return.
In time he ended up in a place called 'Romeo City'. Unsure of what to do, he went to something called 'school', where he learned basic maths, and other subjects. It was also at school he became aware of 'zoids battles'. He was hooked for sure, though didn't have the money for it. As such he quit school for photography lessons, and after graduating from that got a free camera and began taking photos, waiting for the day in which he'd pilot his own zoid...
