Valentyna is more mature than most girls her age. Even if she can be arrogant and childish at times. She always knows when something is wrong or right. And whether she should do it or not. She's known as Valentine's Angel because she has a kind personality and because her hair is bright blue like the sky instead of red. She will do whatever she can to help others and will never leave another pilot behind. She doesn't like it when they call her cute names like Ice Princess or Snowflake. She will get angry and explode with an outburst. She's a bit of a tomboy but can also be very sensitive, vulnarable and frail.
History:
Viru was born to a middle-class family in New Helic. They also had enough to eat and to continue on living comfortable. She grew up under the watchful eyes of her cousin, Streider when she moved to Europa for a couple of years. She was practically raised by him. She adapted his every movements and habits. If he ate his food a certain way, she ate her food the same way. If he sat a certain way, she copied him as well. Eventually it became second nature to her. They both fell in love with Zoids. However, only one went as far as piloting one. The day came when a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity fell onto Streiders' lap.
A band of mercenaries saw he was an expert mechanic and offered to let him join. It was a tough decision for Streider. His cousin was here on Europa. If he left it would be a long time before he saw her again. He decided and left, saying goodbye to his cousin but leaving without facing the others. His relationship wasn't that strong with the others. Valentyna cried for days before she finally started to get over it. But she was never the same. She is a very good Zoid pilot but her real expertise lies in the sky, inside a flying-type Zoid.
