Personality:
Cero is ambitious, the word that describes him more then anything else. He is very arrogant but does not let people know more then they should know. He aims to become the best pilot he can to avenge his father who was a pilot before death. At times he is very sarcastic with others, and is known for making jokes at peoples biggest flaws. He is cruel most of the time and insensitive. As a pilot he will stop at nothing to crush the opposition even if it means dieing in the process.

History:

Born and raised In romeo city.
At one point in ceros life he was happy. His father and mother loved each other very much. However the day came that his happiness was crushed, his dreams and his hopes slaughtered. His mother was killed by a group of pilots as she walked home. They were drunk and looking for a good time. However his father heard the scream from their home and rushed out, the men rushed away leaving the woman's dead body. One of the men screamed. "You want revenge? Come seek us outside of town, old man." Cero's father did just that

His father had once been a pilot , but gave it up as soon as he got married. He returned to his zoid... Empty and broken he stepped into his shield liger.That day He left his son their home. Cero's life was hell, he was a child so all he knew to do was cry. Things only became worse. Their house was broken into by a group of thugs and burned to the ground. Cero was beaten up, but he managed to crawl out of the flaming home into the streets.
News reached him days later that his father died in combat against a rare zoid, A blade liger piloted by a unknown man. He knew it was one of the men that killed his mother.

He grew up on the streets, for 8 years. Until he found his fathers zoid... His shield liger. He repaired the liger, and is going to modify it to suit his needs later on.
He also knew someday he would find the blade liger and destroy it. He has been searching for that liger since childhood.

Do to the fact the shield liger has the Gatling gun it is weighed down significantly and it has a loss of speed and mobility due to this fact. However its armor contrasts against this, and makes it a formidable challenge.

It all looks good so far, but there are a few things with the zoid.

For one, that image is of a blade liger.

Secondly, you took a normal Shield Liger, and added boosters, gatling guns, and made it a bit more maneuverable. That would put it as a B ranked zoid, since Shield Liger by default is C.

K edited, hopefully this works well.

Take out the gattling gun, as it's not apart of the Shield Liger's standard weaponry. That, or add in the fact that the Gattling weighs the Shield Liger down, decreasing its speed and mobility.

K I kept the gatling, switched to armor and made it slower, and stated in my profile that the gatling gun hurt the mobility significantly.
