"That is impressive." Megumi stated, though she did not say more.
She looked over to Ai as she left, then added. "As to keeping it between us, well it's your invention. I'm not gonna talk about it, if that's what you want."
When Ai returned, she looked positively giddy.
"So you got a new Zoid...upgraded Shield Liger, I'm guessing?"

As Ai entered the room and asked her question Moto answered it. That was good, she hadn't missed anything vitally important. Megumi spoke up next and asked a question about Ai's new zoid. "I guess you can call it an upgrade. I got a green and black shield liger DCS" Ai said. She was positively giddy about her new zoid and anybody could tell. Ai kept looking at the 3-D simulation on the computer and studied it hard. She wondered what other surprises this Gecko Defense had Ai also wondered if she could help out in anyway.

"Nice. Can't wait to see it." Megumi replied. She did not say more, but hoped she wouldn't have to fight the thing in the upcoming tournament - in which she knew Ai to also be participating.

Tai walked in when he heard about having a new zoid. "That thing must be slow." He definently didn't want to face her in the upcoming tournament. Especially since she beat him down without a upgrade so what would he do against him with a upgrade.

Given in rejoinder to all the statements and questions that were directed towards the Gecko Defense indoctrination; though enjoying all the positive reinforcement which came in the structure of comments and requests, the fact of the matter was that this device was still only theory, and Ryûsuke needed particulars to bring his dream to life. Hopefully with the support of the Black Knights, the Gecko Defense could rise from its blueprint foundation and blossom to the authentic defensive system.
“Would anyone like to take part in friendly spar?”
Questioned Ryûsuke to all in that was in the area, noticing that two more companions had arrived and one being Megumi, the dark haired genius had to personally evaluate all of his team. Not thinking lightly of any within the Black Knights, Ryûsuke always found himself wanted to test the limits of not only himself but others who could possibly prove to be a allies in the near future, and the only way that this could be accomplished was to see what they held in terms of talent and skill.

Hearing Ai's good news, Moto was happy for her and smiled at her, very happily a smile that she would like. After hearing everyone comment, he knew that he didn't have much to comment about since they said it. “Though still in the works as well in theory, hopefully with the fight mechanical aid and proper calculations, this could possibly work for the best, and Ai your services would be greatly appreciated.” he said, but he knew the flaws in it and would of asked him to recalculate for her sake, but he didn't want to. During a fight, he would know when to recalculate the strategy, if not Moto had a backup. Then he heard him ask for a quick spar with the zoids, but he declined it. "No thank you," he said looking at Ai and smiling at her.

Ai heard another voice, this time it belong to Tai Adazume; yet another member of the team. "Well it is slower then a regular shield liger but I wouldn't exactly call it slow" Ai said. Ryûsuke spoke and Ai smiled cheerfully. "I'll help in any way I can Ryûsuke" Ai said. She didn't know what services could help Ryûsuke but she was willing to try anything if it would help. Hearing Ryûsuke speak again Ai shook her head. "We've already fought so I'll pass this time" Ai said. she waited to see what the others would say.

While still on the computer, a E-mail notification had revealed itself and with a curious eye, the youthful genius would soon open its confines, curious as to what was detailed within. After a few moments of analyzing the E-mail Ryûsuke soon removed the Gecko program from within the computer as he reached for his red leather jacket, heading towards the door but before doing so, shifted his attention towards Tai as his face showed that of a conjuration between humble and serious.
“Tai, we have officially been challenged to a fight, so let’s head out.”
Exclaimed Ryûsuke as he headed out of the door, leaving it slightly open for Tai to follow; though not knowing if Tai was up for the challenge, Ryûsuke could only hope so as he continued on to entering the Saber-loin Cockpit, closing its header and soon shifting all activation gears on. Giving enough time for Tai to follow hopefully, the two would be heading towards a forest region as detailed in the E-mail and so with this information alone, it was time to get the name of the Black Knights out, and this being with a team victory.

Since Ryusuke had spoken only to Tai, Megumi, assuming that the battle was a 2-vs-2 match, did not acknowledge the shouted announcement.
As Ryusuke left, Megumi herself went down to the kitchen to get herself some food.
Later, she would go swimming again, or perhaps do some minor maintenance on Tigris...

'H-hi. I'm here to join you team? Yeah that's what I can say. But will they let me join them with me being a beginner? They probably will turn me down...'
The thought's crossed the mind of the young lady as she made her way to the base door of the Black Knights. The custom-colored lion zoid seem to growl softly behind her as it powered down all the way. Almost like to tell her to get it over with. That old zoid, Rose was never very paitent and Suzumi knew that so the machanical beast had to wait as she get's ready to talk when whoever comes to the door. She just needed to make the right impression. But greeting others was not really her forte. She'll most likely freeze up and look like a fool and they would laugh at her.
She really hope that they weren't that cruel... She just needed to hope for the best as she gathered her courage. Suzumi lifted up her arm, with her had balled into a fist, she gave the door a few quick knocks and waited. Purple eyes stared intensely at the door, waiting for it to move and for someone to appear.

Since Ryûsuke left with Tai Ai had nothing to do so she went to the front of the base. Outside Ai saw a young girl and smiled. She walked towards the young girl. "Hello. How can I help you?" Ai asked as she smiled sweetly. She patiently waited for a response from the young girl.

Following Ai since he had nothing better to do, Moto went to see what she was going to do since he too had nothing to do. At the front of the base, she opened the door to a girl, and heard her ask in that sweet tone of hers. "Hello. How can I help you?" she asked the young girl as Moto made his approach behind Ai. "Are you here to perhaps join the team young lady?" he asked her as he stood behind Ai moving the side of her, knowing she didn't like him showing affection to her in public.

"That's why you're here, isn't it? You want to join the Black Knights Team." Megumi asked flat out as she walked around the corner and saw an unfamiliar face - pale and violet-haired, a red Saberlion standing behind her.
She'd been in the hangar, looking over Tigris and making a few minor adjustments to the Zoid, and was on her way in to change before going for a swim.

Suzumi was expecting one person to answer the door, not Two and certainly not a third person, before turning back to the red haired woman in front of her and the male beside her.
The first question came from the woman. A standard greeting and the question; 'How can I help you?' Right she was preparing to answer this question, but now her mind drew up a blank. Well, an introduction will do for now and perhaps it will come back to her.
"Er.. hi. I'm Suzumi Hideaki. I was wondering...
She trailed on, looking downward. She felt stupid now and they way she was acting, they probably thought so too. That was went the masculine voice came in. 'Are you here to perhaps join the team, young lady?' Before she could answer that the another feminine voice was heard, asking the straight forward question, 'That's why you're here, isn't it? You want to join the Black Knights Team.'
"Y-yes! That is why I'm here, to join up with the Black Knights!"
After that statement, she covered her mouth. Did she just yell that out? Now she was a fool. All that pent-up nervous energy, let out in one outburst. Suzumi stepped back abit.
"I-I'm sorry... I didn't mean to yell..."

Ai kept smiling sweetly at the young girl in front of her. "You're more than welcome to join if you want" Ai said kindly. She giggled a bit when the young girl apologized for yelling. "Don't worry about it. You're just a bit nervous right? My name is Ai Otome, leader and founder of the Black Knights. Pleasure to meet you Suzumi" Ai said smiling. She held a hand out to shake with Suzumi. Ai was always glad to have new members to her team.
