The Black Knights Base

[Ai Otome]

Ai yawned and noticed it was dark already. "I'll tell Tai I finished his zoid in the morning" Ai said sleepily. She walked to Moto's room and knocked on the door. Not hearing an answer Ai opened the door and saw Moto was sleeping. Ai smiled, crept closer to him quietly, and gave him a kiss on the cheek. She then left Moto's room and went to her room. Ai changed and got into bed which was comfortable and feel right asleep. Today had been a long day for Ai and now she was gonna rest. Ai expected that either the sun or Moto would wake her up so she was determined to do her best to sleep through whatever it was that would try to wake her up. Ai was deep asleep and wanted to stay that way for a while.

As he drifted off to sleep, Moto felt something and rubbed the area he felt it, but was too deep asleep to realize it. Time went by, as did the night, and he woke up at around 8:30AM before doing something. Turning on his 360, he played some Gears of War 2, mostly the story mode with someone online. The beginning to him was easy, perhaps too easy for him because it didn't take much effort.

After finishing the campaign mode, which didn't take long, around half an hour to an hour. Turning it off, he felt it was time to go check up on Ai and perhaps wake her up so she can finish what she was doing. Exiting his room and entering her room, he kissed her cheek lightly and sat down against her bed. "What's with the Command Wolf in the garage baby?" he asked her with a smile on her face.

Ai felt something on her cheek and woke up. Moto was sitting on her bed. Ai heard Moto's question and yawned before answering. "The command wolf belongs to one of our new team members but I damaged it pretty badly in a fight so I brought to the garage to repair it" Ai said sleepily. Ai got out of bed, walked over to a screen so Moto couldn't see her, and quickly changed. "What do you want for breakfast" Ai asked curiously. She started to walk towards the kitchen to make breakfast for everybody.

Hearing the answer, Moto knew what her team leader business was that she had to take care of. A new member with a command wolf was on his way to their base in order to get back his zoid and perhaps stay. "The command wolf belongs to one of our new team members but I damaged it pretty badly in a fight so I brought to the garage to repair it" she said as she was still laying down on her bed.

Getting out of her bed, he saw her walk over to a screen for a bit and came out in a different outfit. "What do you want for breakfast" she asked him as she started walking towards the kitchen. "You're gonna force me to eat no matter what aren't you?" he said as he wrapped his hands around her the moment she exited the room and walked with her to the kitchen with her and kissing her soft cheek once they got out of the room.

Hearing Moto's question Ai thought a bit before answering his question. "I'd never force you to do something you didn't want to do" Ai said. She walked over to the kitchen and started cooking breakfast for three people. Moto had kissed her cheek before she got to the kitchen and Ai smiled a bit. Ai was focused on cooking right now and wanted to know what everybody wanted to eat. Ai's stomach growled a bit and she blushed a bit.

Megumi awoke feeling pretty good, and dressed quickly, then fed Tigris, who meowed contentedly.
Then, she left her quarters and headed to the kitchen.

"Good morning, Ai." she said as she walked in, then turned towards the other person.
"Good morning. I'm Megumi Attabiyah." Behind her, Tigris, who'd followed her to the kitchen, meowed insistently, "And that's Tigris."

Hearing this, it made him smile and be glad that Ai agreed to the dinner date that Moto asked her out on. "Alright then, I'll be at the pool if you need me baby," he said giving her a kiss on the lips before turning around. Just then, he saw one of the new recruits who had introduced herself to him and her the night before. "Moto, pleased to make your acquintance," he said giving a slight bow before going towards his room.

After changing, he headed to the swimming area and hopped into the pool to swim around for a bit. At first he was just drifting for about 10 to 20 minutes from when he entered the pool to swim. Once he was done drifting, he began swimming back and forth from side to side in it before getting out. Getting out, he headed to the hot tub to relax more than he was currently relaxing in the pool.

Ai blushed a little as Moto kissed her. She heard someone say good morning and turned to look. "Good morning Megumi. Would you like something to eat" Ai asked cheerfully. Seeing the cat Ai smiled even more. "Good morning to you too Tigris" Ai said happily. Ai heard what Moto said and looked over at him, he had already left for the pool. Ai turned her attention back to the kitchen and thought of what to make for breakfast.

Megumi looked appraisingly at the man who introduced himself as Moto. Tall, dark-haired, serious. Probably a nice guy, and undoubtedly skilled. As he left, she made a mental note to check the pool at a later time.
"Just some toast and a slice of coffee, thanks." Megumi answered to Ai's question as Moto walked out.
As she sat down, Tigris hopped into her lap.

Ai heard Megumi and made the request breakfast items. She placed a plate of toast with some coffee in front of Megumi and made the same for herself. Ai quietly and politely sipped the coffee. A thought had been nagging at Ai so she decided to ask what was on her mind. "Hey Megumi, if you don't mind me asking why did you want to join my team, not that I mind, but there are other teams around and I'm sure there are teams better than mine" Ai said. While waiting for a reply Ai drank her coffee and ate her toast.

Megumi shrugged.
"No real reason. Except maybe that the Black Knights're a small team - Large groups aren't really my thing." She hesitated for a moment, scratching behind Tigris's ears. "Then there's the Ligers." She added, then took a sip of coffee.
"Thanks." She said. "The coffee's first-rate."

[Ai Otome]

Ai smiled after Megumi spoke and drank some more of her coffee before saying anything. "Well I'm not sure if the team is going to stay small and yeah, ligers are awesome" Ai said smiling. Ai finished her coffee and stretched a bit. Her joints had gotten a tad stiff over night. "Well today looks like a good day" Ai said looking out of a nearby window. She smiled contently and wondered about what she should do today.

[Tai Adazume]

Tai scratched his arms as he looked at the people in the base. He didn't know any of them except Ai who did just beat him in the fight. He fixed his google that were on his hat. "Um hi" His eyes flickered from person to person. Hopefully they could become a great team one day. He needed that and would like the money even more. His thoughts couldn't get off of that and he didn't even care. He could think about whatever he wanted.

[Ai Otome]

Ai heard a voice and looked up. It was Tai, the third person to join the team. "Hello Tai. This is Megumi and her cat Tigris. They're also part of our team. Megumi this is Tai, he's another member of the team" Ai said smiling. Ai finished her coffee and toast and was happy now that her stomach was full. "Oh that's right, I finished repairs to your command wolf" Ai said pointing a thumb to a garage with a command wolf inside. Ai had fixed up the command wolf good as new and wondered if Tai was happy with her work.

Megumi looked over at the newly-arrived Command Wolf pilot. Short, dark-haired and youthful.
"Pleased to meet you." Megumi said.
