Something calling

[Amaya]

The Zaber fang stood proudly in the desert like terrain that was contained in the crater that had witnessed so many great battles before. The Zaber fang roared loudly and ran forward to the center. The zoid came to a complete stop and Amaya got out of the cockpit standing on top of her zoid's head. She looked around her the wind lightly rustling her clothing. She didn't know why, but something called her to this place. Something told her to be here and she was going to obey it.

Thrusters ignited, lifting the Berserk Fuhrer into the air. The tyrannosaurus type Zoid bursted forward in an outrageous fit of speed, its Buster Claws twirling viciously as it scanned the area. The Zoid was wild, untamed by any pilot and still in its agitated state. It had spent years fighting off any pilot that dared to tame it, and as a result it had sustained much damage over the years.

"Graaaah--!!" roared the Berserk Fuhrer, locking sights upon the Zaber Fang that had wandered into the area. No, it did something far worse. It wandered into its territory. The Berserk Fuhrer swooshed passed the Zaber Fang, extending one of its claws in an attempt to drag its claw through the tiger Zoid's side. Once it passed the Zaber Fang by a meter, it would turn itself around.

[Amaya]

Amaya's eyes went wide when she saw the Berserk Fuhrer in the distance. She quickly got in her zoid and the double barrel beam gun fired like crazy firing about ten rounds resulting in twenty shots each aimed at the now charging Berserk Fuhrer. She had never expected to come in contact with a zoid this powerful, but it was easy to tell it was wild. If she could just tame it then it would be one of the greatest things ever.

If her attacks didn't stop the wild zoid she would jump upward to avoid the oncoming claw. As it was airborne it fired a quick shot from its three barreled shock canon aiming at one of the buster claws. She was going to have to fight at her best in this battle, her life possible depended on it.

"RAWR-!!" roared the Berserk Fuhrer, using its thrusters to speed around the Zoid that had dared to fire at it. Avoiding the bullets, it would proceed with its method of action, coming in from behind. As the Zoid jumped to avoid its assault, the Berserk Fuhrer let out another roar, its Buster Claws twirling. As the Zoid released shots from its cannon, the Fuhrer would use its thrusters to not only avoid the attack, but come at the airborne Zoid from below, its Buster Claw angled upward to pierce the Zoid.

[Amaya]

Amaya cursed her misfortune she was going to have to think quickly or this would be over. The only thing she could do was fire missiles. She fired everyone she had each aimed for a buster claw and the cockpit of the zoid. She hoped it would be enough to stop the buster claw, if not her paw would serve as a sacrifice to save her zoid. She brought a forward paw back in an attempt to either block or destroy the buster claw.

Another roar erupted from the Berserk Fuhrer, as it was no mere wild Zoid. This one had a keen fighting instinct, its Buster Claws opening up. As the Buster Claws opened, the would generate an energy shield above it, not only stopping the missiles but giving the Fuhrer one more capability. Its thrusters would ignite, jetting upwards with its shield still engaged. Its maneuver was to ram the Zoid in the air, sending it into a devastating landing.

[Amaya]

Amaya had a feeling this battle wouldn't go in her favor so she was going to have to work quickly. She had to use the shield to her advantage somehow. She braced the Saber Fang's back legs and when the shield made the briefest contact the legs sprang shooting her forward away from the zoid and onto the ground. The damage she sustained was minimal luckily. The double barreled beam gun fired off another ten rounds and she hoped it would do some damage.

"Kekeke..." muttered the Berserk Fuhrer, its low growl sounding as if it was enjoying the fight. It lowered its shield once the Zaber Fang had rebounded off it, both Buster Claws twirling before settling themselves in a position pointed ahead of the Fuhrer. The zoid let out another roar, latching its feet into the ground as the claws opened up and fired beams aimed at the shots fired from the double barreled beam gun. It would fire off extra rounds as well before the Buster Claws twirled, taking in particles while the Zoid's mouth opened and a barrel extended from it. The shots were a dfstraction as it set itself up.

[Amaya]

Amaya watched her attacks just deflected, no obliterated by the Berserk Fuhrer. The Zaber Fang shot off like a bullet trying to keep from being in front of the zoid. She had some inkling of what this zoid was capable of seeing as how it had been a great obsession of hers long ago. The Zaber Fang fired twice from the triple barreled anti zoid shock canon aiming for the Buster Claws. She had to destroy them if she wanted to stand a chance, or at least one of them.

As the particles gathered within the Buster Claws, they would swiftly emerge from the barrel in the Berserk Fuhrer's mouth. The Buster Claws served as particle gathers, making the gathering of particles quicker and easier. The beam would be released as the Zaber Fang tried to avoid being directly in front of the Fuhrer. However, it must not have accounted for one thing. The Berserk Fuhrer could turn its head. It would be a quick turn, the beam moving across as if it were a laser saber, destroying whatever was in its path. The Zoid aimed the beam low so that if it indeed succeeded in hitting the Zaber Fang, it would take out its legs. The Zoid seemed to hold a sadistic nature, wanting to drag the fight out.

[Amaya]

Amaya watched in horror as the Berserk Fuhrer released its particle canon and then shockingly turned its head. The Zaber Fang jumped backwards barely avoiding the particle canon. It clipped her back right leg ending with a portion of it being destroyed. The leg was still usable, but it was going to lag behind. Amaya glared at the zoid before her and fired off more rounds from her double barraled shock cannon aiming for one of the buster claws. She didn't know what to do. She couldn't get close, but she couldn't fight this thing from a distance either. She was going to have to think of a plan quickly.

"Graaah--!!" let out the Fuhrer, unlatching its feet as its Charged Particle Cannon died down. With the zoid now free to move, it would first latch its Buster Claws forward, firing rounds from the beam cannons within the Buster Claws, cancelling out fire from its opponent's own double barrelled cannon. It would lift off the ground, generating its Energy Shield while thrusting forward. This was with both intents of warding off its enemies attacks while it struck at the same time. It's fighting ability was just a testament of the Zoid's natural prowess in combat.

[Amaya]

Amaya couldn't believe how bad her luck was. Nothing she could launch was working. The Zaber Fang took off, but sadly it wasn't faster then the Fuhrer. In desperation she turned the zoid around and fired from her triple barreled shock cannon round after round aiming at the buster claws hoping to break the shield. She kept firing until the Fuhrer was a zoid's length and a half away. If she had survived that long she had planned on running forward and then turning around as quickly as she could turn the zoid around. The Zaber Fang ran towards the Berserk Fuhrer at an angle. It would place her in a horizontal line away from it, but far enough to run out of range.

The shots rolled in, however, the shield would deflect a few before the fuhrer actually adjusted it thrusters to thrust side ways while hovering about an inch off the ground. It would adjust its thrusters once more skating forward in the air as if it were aiming to ram the Zaber Fang. Its shield would go down once more, as the Fuhrer decided to have a little fun with its prey. It wondered just how fast the cat could run.

[Amaya]

The Zaber Fang turned its head looking for any sight of the Berserk Fuhrer and that's when Amaya saw what she wanted to see. The shield was down. The Zaber Fang turned quickly skidding to a stop. The Double Barreled Beam Gun on its back fired round after round aiming for buster claws and the cockpit. In total 10 shots where fired. If there was time the Zaber Fang would jump backwards and land on its back legs before it spun around so it could take off running again.
