Why should you hire me? Well in my honest opinion I believe that I would make a great asset to the Zoid administrative team. Within your exceptions and requirements to even be considered as a Staff member, I’m very kind and affable; rarely have I gotten into any arguments since my joining to the site which I guess could be considered as a good characteristic, or at least in my book. I’m very respectful, haven’t gotten into any arguments with the staff and treat all members with the same reverence that they show me. I’m available; during the weekends would I consider my time most efficient towards my progression on the site. However I am on during the weekdays, as well.

Though personally I do consider myself very responsible, I’ve also been told that I’m quite the mature individual for my age (which I would consider as a complement). As stated above, I do have Staff experience. However I could only find three sites for now, on that site my main job was to review applications for characters, handle ranking applications and not only to create, but organize events for the site. I believe that those jobs can help me in the near future with Staff jobs and whatnot since I do have experience in a wield range of administrative duties.

I wouldn’t consider myself the best with Graphics, however I do have some knowledge as to how to make some graphics and sigs and such, and with a little practice I believe that I could become better at making graphics. On BLS (The site were I linked my Staff account to), I was also ran the forum coding along side Temari (Chief Coder for the site) so I do have basic and even moderate knowledge of general forum coding. I’m pretty familiar with the Proboards forum system, I can navigate threw the forum and I also can navigate threw the Zoid Forum, I basically know were everything is. So that’s about it, I’m honored that you would even considered opening a Staff position and hopefully I got what your looking for; also below, I’ve linked you to my latest Graphic sig that O made recently for another site, maybe this could give you a hint of what I can do, and maybe you could lend me some tips to improve.

I must say, I do think you're quite capable, but I'm going to tell you what DT would tell you. You're really new and, while you seem experienced, we don't really know you at all, or how you work.

So for now, just make a few missions and NPC them. After that, shoot for Game Master. Start off low then work your way up. :]

I'll admit, you have good potential in graphics and do seem to have a few nifty staff experiences. Kura's site is still quite fresh, but the re-skin you gave it really kicked it up a notch.

You do seem very confident in your abilities, and have good references, but everything has balance. The more sites a member is staff on, the more experience they have. The more work they have, too, and the less likely they are to be the most active.

I've tried hiring based entirely on credentials, but that has never worked out. So my place is to tell you to go make some missions and start out as Game Master. After seeing how you staff from there, you can work your way up

EDIT: Max just totally ninja'd me. Posted faster, and predicted exactly what I was going to say. Impressive He started as Moderator, but I know him from other sites well as staff.
