What upgrades could I give a shield liger without exceeding B rank?

There are thousands of possible upgrades, I can't possibly list all the combinations.
Your best bet is to make something that is similar in power to an existing B rank zoid. Check the A ranks to make sure it's weaker as well. Then, when you submit it, it'll be more likely to be accepted.
If you want the general, no-approval-needed upgrade, all that is is a general all-around stat boost, in addition to one of the following components:
1.) Shield (in this case, it would double the power)
2.) Boosters
3.) Smoke
4.) Land Mine
