Description:
The Blade Liger is a Liger (Ligers are a Lion and Tiger mix) type Zoid.

While the Shield Liger's capabilities were solid for its day, the Blade Liger improves upon them, being faster and more agile than its predecessor. It also gains new weaponry, the most noticeable being a pair of laser-edged blades capable of cutting through all but the densest of enemy armor. Its energy shield is enhanced with the addition of four cooling units located in the white "fins" of its shoulder armor. Like the Shield Liger, it sports a shock cannon, and the Pulse Laser Guns found on the blunt sides of the blades add to the Zoid's limited ranged-combat ability.

This Blade Liger was made using Max's Shield Liger as a base. However, the Shield Liger's core has yet to adjust to its new form. Thus it can't power the Zoid's weaponry to its fullest yet. In its current state, the Laser Blades have been reduced to the strength of a Saber Lion's HiFriction Blades, the shock cannons have diminished in power to that of the Shield Liger's, and it can't even use its Pulse Laser Guns. Also, the coolant system has yet to be configured, so the Blade Liger's shield suffers a decrease in performance because of it.

Alright, so you want a B ranked Blade Liger. Before going into detail, let me just note that you say 'handicapped'. If you're handicapping the zoid, you can already just go handicap a full-strength Blade Liger since you are already B rank. But I'm guessing you want something B ranked instead of C, no?

On to the custom blade liger. Storm Sworders have blades almost equal in power to those of the blade liger. Also, the shock cannons never get a power boost from Shield to Blade liger, as far as I know, so diminishing them to a Shield Liger's isn't diminishing them at all.

So far, all I see that counts is a reduction in the shield from a extra-powered shield to a normal-powered shield, and the removal of the pulse laser guns. It would lower it, but I don't think that's enough to put it in B rank. What makes the blade liger pwnsome is the blades, not the piddling little laser guns on the backs of them XD

The blades are what make it A-Rank, and they're about the same strength as a Storm Sworder and a storm sworder's B? @___@

Anywho, reduced them to high friction blades. Also, I figured the Cannons were different in strength, as they are different in themselves. Going by design, that is. The Shield Liger's is three-barreled and the Blade Liger's two-barreled. But I'd also assume that if I reduced the Blade Liger's to the strength of the Shield Ligers, it would basically be the same as a Shield Liger's shock cannon, minus the extra barrel and therefore weakening it. =o

Hmm, well, Storm Sworders have a harder time being airborne and frail.

Either way though, putting it at high friction is fine, so you don't have to worry about the shock cannon.
