Zoid Name: Wing Liger Armament: Blade Wings (2) AZ 30 mm Beam Rifle Metal Teeth Metal Claws (2) Other Features: Jet Booster Description: The Wing Liger is a make-shift zoid created for close-range air combat. It's body is taken from the Shield Liger, but the shield and weapons have been removed. In addition, for the purpose of achieving flight, the armor capacities of the zoid have been reduced to 1/4 of their original defensive capabilities, drastically decreasing the weight of the zoid. The wings of the Liger are sharpened from the claw to tip to create a decent bladed-weapon. When the zoid is on the ground running, unfurling its wings allows it to move at impressive speeds, but renders it incapable of properly executing a turn. The furled wings are also bulky and decrease mobility. It is also equipped with the weak AZ 30 mm Beam Rifle for simple dogfights. The Jet Booster is necessary for achieving flight and is placed behind the Beam Rifle. The battle strategy of the Wing Liger is to drop in on top of opponents and use its wings or claws to rip up its opponents armor. Offense: Close Range Defense: Speed Strategy: Recklessness Rank: D (Shield Liger-Shield=D, +Booster=C, -Weaponry=D, -Armor=F, +Wings=D)

Let's break it down similar to the way you have.
C - Shield Liger
D - Removal of Shield and armor (shield and a slight armor/speed/agility change are one rank, so shield and a large armor change are also one rank)
F - Removal of Shock Cannon and Missile Pods
F - Removal of one beam cannon for another, no rank change.
D - Addition of Wings.
D - Addition of Boosters and removal of mobility (since a booster and mobility boost together are one rank up, a booster addition and mobility drop is a net change of 0).
Now, this is where it gets tricky. You still have the Wing Blades left to discuss. If they are weak and do not require energy power to cut, like a Rev Raptor blade, that will keep you at D rank. If you later want to make them more powerful like Storm Sworder blades, you will increase the rank of your zoid. If not, it's officially approved for D.

Yes, they are weaker no-energy blades.
