Experience:I'm the admin on two seperate sites of my own design, though they're currently under Revamping. I also think I have a firm grasp of the rules, and have a personal habit of posting at least two paragraphs even just for NPCing.

Other Information: Well, first of all, this site currently lacks any sort of regularly active staff, and personally, I think it would be a good idea to have at least one staff member, even just a GM, to mediate problems, resolve issues, accept useless and pointless customs and missions, etc. I myself am here for hours at a time, right in the middle of the day, and, unlike the staff on seemly every other decent RP forum, live on the pacific coast, meaning I'd be on when most other staff members aren't.
