Victory?

I was looking around the rules for an answer, but I couldn't find one. Don't know if I'm blind or what, but I thought I'd ask...

How do you determine who wins a battle? From what I understand, it's just an RP and each player decides when they get hit and when they don't.

It's left up to the roleplayers to settle it in a fair and sane method, as they so choose. If they cannot come to an agreement, a moderator can come in as a judge and decide who wins. I think I mentioned it in Battle Rules.
