[Vaan]

When Naia ran off to get into her command wolf Vaan did the same. Vaan climbed into his zoid and turned it on. "Hey Fenrir we got ourselves a team member" Vaan said happily. Fenrir took a few steps and saw Naia's command wolf. "Well how about we go look around town" Vaan said through Fenrir.

Fenrir made it's way next to Naia's zoid. "The command wolf duo" Vaan laughed as Fenrir walked. "Alright, where should we start this little tour" Vaan asked aloud. Vaan smiled as he walked with Naia and Fenrir. Vaan looked around the town and thought about where to go.

[Naia]

Naia took the moment to take a look around the town touroghly and hopefully remember specially the bars and cafe's names. Turning slightly to see Fenrir she then spoke. Then I can finally know my way around. She said giggling at the end. She laughed too upon hearing the name. Duo indeed! She said following Fenrir. I guess anywhere is good. I'v been here for a week now. She said taking in the town and saving what she saw. She wondered if there are any places nearby that sell zoids and weapons. She's doubting in getting another zoid or upgrade her command wolf. The wise decision would be upgrading. This city is beautiful! She remarked about Romeo city. So have any place were you ...might want to build your base? She asked while following.

[Vaan]

"Glad I can be of help" Vaan said happily. He looked around at the town deciding where to go. "Well let's see, there are zoid shops over there" Vaan said pointing Fenrir's snout in a certain direction. Hearing Naia's question Vaan thought for a moment. "Well as close to town as he can be" Vaan said.

Vaan walked along and looked at the shops. He wondered what all the shops around here carried. Vaan smiled when thinking of going into battles and having fun with his team mate. Shops were everywhere and the people were bustling about. "Man this town is crowded" Vaan said laughing a bit. He was having a good time.

[Naia]

Naia wanted to know how things worked around here but so far everything was just like were she used to live. Things were dead normal nothing much just the difference in culture. She liked it so far, soon she'd have to tell her mother how she's doing here and send her pictures of her new zoid Wolf. Seeing were Fenrir's snout was pointing she just looked seeing the shops. Later on then she'd have to go check some stuff in there and buy new weapons and upgrade her Wolf. Ok. She said now knowing well having a clue were soon she'd hang out. She wondered were else they could go, she took out her map and looked at it. Then she saw a zoid battle ground. Something then lit up in her mind. How about we go to the battle grounds? Maybe we can find some good...umm stuff there and watch other pilots battle. She's eager to see how the fighting style of here is. O yes this place was crowded there were people all over!

[Vaan]

"The battle grounds? That's a good idea" Vaan said. He thought they might get some practice but watching others fight was also good. Vaan wondered how well the two would work together in a battle. "Alright let's go to the battle grounds" Vaan said happily. He had Fenrir lead the way to the battle grounds. "By the way if you ever need anything, don't be afraid to speak up and tell me ok" Vaan said kindly.

Vaan anticipated watching the fights at the battle ground. It held a lot of memories of him. Vaan went there often to watch others and learn. "While we're there we might come up with some ideas for our team" Vaan said. He liked Naia's idea of 'shockwave' but it never hurt to try and learn new things. Vaan and Fenrir led the way making sure Naia was close behind.

[Naia]

Naia looked at the roads that led to the place. She then tried to think witch one Vaan would take. Well she tried to pin point were they were in the first place. Thinking that's it's here she then followed a road to it with her idnex finger. Well that's the nearest road to it. I'm right behidn you following. She said as she followed Fenrir. I'm not afraid to ask. She said laughing after she said it. She's not the least bit shy. She's the kind that just walks up to you and tells you things in your face. It's better then behind your back. Yes, and battle tactics too. She said opening her bag and taking out a small device. She usually makes her tactics on it, she called it her tactic board. Upon arriving there her eyes went wide. So many people the place was huge. It didn't seem to be that big like on the map. People can challenge others or just watch. Naia just followed Vaan. She had no clue around this place a map would be needed.

[Vaan]

Vaan made his way to the battle grounds. There were lots of people at the battle grounds today. "Alright, lets go look around" said looking around. He wondered what fights were going to today. It was a perfect chance to gather information and if he got lucky Vaan might be able to fight.

"Hey Naia, do you want to practice a little" Vaan asked. If they fought each other than they might be able to work better together to cover each others weaknesses. Vaan didn't mind watching fights, in fact it was a good thing. Studying is just as good as practicing. Vaan liked watching fights just as much as participating in them. Vaan looked for a good place to view the fights.

[Naia]

The entrance was huge, so many zoids as humans walking by foot or in there zoids. The battles were all to be decided by computer when registered, it seems as if they were fighting for something. Turning to her right she saw a huge board with the place's map. Seeing the arena for everyone she thought maybe if they go there they might get challenged and get some practice in it. Ok. She said as she followed Vaan around the place.

On one of the battle fields she saw a Konig Wolf. Her eyes widened, she wanted to stay and watch the battle. A Konig wolf vs a Gun Sniper. The Konig was fast and dodged most bullets. The sniper must think of a plan to trap the Konig if it wants to win. Yes, it's been quite a while without piloting something. She said thinking back of the trip, then the moving she it must be almost three weeks without having been in a fight. But that doesn't mean she lost the hang of it. They can battle practice being in a team, this would be perfect. While in battle they can make a strategic duo and hopefully win something. This can work out with the perfect planning. All they might need is another duo which in this place seems to be lots.

[Vaan]

"Alright. Watch the fights while I go register us" Vaan said. He got out of Fenrir and stood on top of it looking for the registration counter. "Keep an eye on Fenrir while I'm gone" Vaan said smiling. He jumped off of Fenrir, landed on the ground after doing a flip, and ran quickly on the ground towards the registration counter. Vaan signed Naia and himself up for a fight, he had signed them under the name Shockwave.

Vaan made his way back to Fenrir and climbed on top. He sat on top of Fenrir and smiled. Sitting on Fenrir's head was a great way to watch fights. This was perfect for Vaan and Naia to learn to work together as a team. "Alright, we'll move when they call us until then let's watch the fights" Vaan said smiling.

[Naia]

Naia watched the many people preparing themselves. There were all kinds of zoids in this place. Aerial, ground even water! So there must be a water arena too! Yes captain! She said as she too decided to get out. She just sat on the head of Wolf, right between what looks like it's ears. Nodding she then sat back and watched the upcoming fight. She watched as a Leo Blaze and a Black Thymos entered the arena then on the other side two Gun Tigers. 'Now this is going to be interesting.' She thought watching the robot announcing the battle mode. Seeing Vaan coming back she wondered when it was going to be there turn. This one will be interesting. She said as she watched the robot giving the begin signal. He was just in time!

[Vaan]

Captain, Vaan laughed a bit at that, it was something that sounded good to Vaan. He watched the fight and thought for a moment. "My money's on the Leo Blaze and a Black Thymos" Vaan said thoughtfully. Vaan sat on Fenrir's head watching the fights. "We'll be on soon enough" Vaan said. He was itching to fight and thought Naia was feeling the same.

[Naia]

Naia watched the fight so far it was going quite good. A few hits here and there but nothing too serious. She looked at Vaan for a moment once he said he bet his money on the Leo Blaze and Black Thymos. She wasn't betting anything, she just wanted to know there strategies. She scribbled something on the screen of the device. She watched the duo's fight. Well Vaan was right they did win. Naia just got a very good battle tactic when fighting with a slow and speedy zoid against two speeding zoids. Well they were up after a few more. She sat there waiting and watching. Then hearing the name Shockwave she then looked at Vaan, a smile coming on her face then hearing there names. She didn't know that he placed the name Shockwave. She quickly entered her zoid. Well it's our turn. Ready? She said getting excited already. She would follow Vaan in the arena.

[Vaan]

"Yeah I'm ready" Vaan said. He entered Fenrir and walked to the arena. Vaan was trembling with excitement and anticipation. "Alright Fenrir let's give it our best" Vaan asked. He looked for their opponents and wondered if they'd put up a good fight. Vaan opened up communications with Naia. "Are you and wolf ready to fight" Vaan asked with a smirk on his face. This was going to be fun and who knows it just might be beneficial.

Watching from the viewers seats Marcus could only smile as this seemed to be a one on one with two command wolves. He had to admit that they were hearty and capable ZOIDS but after he got his ZOID it just didn't feel right dealing with 4 legs when 2 worked just fine. But as he watched he stretched. Sooner or later he would have to get out there and mix it up if he was going to find a team interested in taking him on. Standing up he moved to the registration desk and put his name down for an open challenge. It would probably be a random drawing as to who his opponent would be but hey you got to start somewhere. He just hoped that he wasn't going to be tossed up against a veteran or something.

[Naia]

Naia took a look at the device, she thought of a plan that might give them the advantage. She opened the connection to Fenrir. Okay, let me tell you, I'm very fast. She stated as she followed him in the battle arena. It was just a dry normal battle area. She watched the crowds that were on both sides cheering and probably betting. She'd give them something to see. Looking once more at the device she then placed it back in her pocket. It was like her tactic notebook just digital. She had one made and that one is the one she's going to use. She watched as a gunsniper entered the ring. She wondered what would be his duo. First thing she took in was the arena, what she can use the space she had to move around in. Okay, ready. She said getting serious now.
