[Naia]

It was just a few weeks ago that Naia moved to Romeo City. She's eager to fill her closet with new clothing. It pictured to be a beautiful day. Naia could be found downtown in a popular mall that she read about it. Most people go there to shop as it has the best shops in it. She went in and out of the malls looking, trying on the many clothes she could. The bad thing about it was that the prices were to high and she couldn't afford them. All she bought was a white shirt with black stripes at the end and in the middle a Konig Wolf.

She walked out of the mall and headed to a well known bar to get something to eat and drink. Upon entering the bar the first thing that caught her attention was the huge TV they had. It was broadcasting a zoid battle. A Rev Raptor against a Godos. She sat down at the bar and looked at the menu. A waitress kindly asked her what she wanted to take. She simply ordered a chicken salad sandwich with a soda can. As she waited for her order to come she watched the screen.

[Vaan]

Vaan had been out all day trying to recruit members for his team. Despite his efforts Vaan couldn't find a single teammate. Downhearted Vaan made his way to a local bar that he often goes to. A kind waitress asked for his order and Vaan simply replied with the usual. His usual was a sandwich and a glass of milk.

Vaan looked at the t.v. screen and smiled a bit. In his mind Vaan made a bet on who would win and thought about tactics and such for future fights. "How can it be so hard to find a team member? I need at least another warrior or a mechanic" Vaan said aloud. Vaan spoke quietly but his voice was still audible. Vaan was unaware that he had spoke aloud and merely thought that he had been speaking to himself, in his head. Vaan placed the money for his order on the table and watched the battle with interest. zoids fascinated the young pilot and he wanted to enter team fights. Vaan had been a loner long enough, that's why he wanted a team. While deciding on what course of action to do next, Vaan watched the fight and listened to the voices around him speak of rumors, facts, and myths.

[Naia]

Naia watched the TV without taking her eyes off. She wanted to know which tactic they were using and what the other would do to win. You can always learn something from all zoid battles. She turned to see her sandwich and soda. Hearing how much it was she took out her purse and paid for it. She unwrapped her sandwich and started to eat. Now she knew what they meant with this bar being good. This sandwitch tasted heavenly and for a bar it's awsome! She ate as she watched the battle on TV. She then heard a voice, turning she looked to see a young man.

He's looking for team members? She wondered who he is and what's his team. Curiosity took her over and she decided to ask. Hello. She said waving lightly to him. She then made her way to him, it was just two bar chairs away. She took a sip out of her soda and then continued. May I ask... She looked upwards at the ceiling thinking. Her english wasn't still that good. O yeah, you were saying team member? What's your teams name? She asked then taking another bite out of her chicken salad sandwich. In the meantime she reverted her gaze at the screen.

[Vaan]

Vaan heard a voice and turned to look at the source. It was a young woman most likely around Vaan's age. "Hello" Vaan said politely. The young woman asked about his team and Vaan blushed a little. "Oh did I say that out loud? To tell the truth I don't have a name yet because I don't have any team members and I thought a name should be something agreed on by the entire team" Vaan explained.

Vaan was a little embarrassed that he had spoken aloud, especially about something that should be his concern. He didn't want to trouble this nice young woman. "I forgot to introduce myself. My name is Vaan Stone. Pleasure to meet you" Vaan said politely. Vaan smiled and thought to himself about how good it was to have a nice conversation. Vaan finished his food and drink, this place really did serve the best meals.

[Naia]

She watched as the two fought, the battle was drawing to an end. She could bet that the rev raptor was going to win cause it had an advantage since at the beginning thanks to it's speed. It didn't take long that it surprised the godos and shot it down. Smiling she turned back to the young man hearing his answer. She nodded when he asked if he had said that out loud. Your right there. She said smiling at the young man.

A team name isn't a team name if the team hasn't chosen it. She took the last bite of her chicken salad sandwich, munching on it then swallowing. It tasted so good, she then downed it with her lemon soda. Call me Naia Van Velden. She said introducing herself now too. It seemed as if that the small chat ended like that. But for Naia she still wanted more info so she continued. So I guess you a pilot then. She said having a foreign accent. She wanted to know which zoid he has and maybe if it's possible she can join too. A team would open so many paths for her. Chances to be a better pilot.

[Vaan]

"Pleasure to meet you Naia Van Velden" Vaan said politely. Vaan heard Naia say something and thought for a moment. "I'm a zoid warrior and a mercenary" Vaan replied honestly. His voice had a slight Irish accent to it. Vaan had been piloting zoids for a few years now. "Are you a pilot as well" Vaan asked curiously.

Vaan thought that Naia would be a good addition to his team if she wanted to join. Vaan decided to ask her right now. "Would you like to join my team" Vaan asked curiously. He was sincere about this and felt that Naia would be a great pilot. While waiting for a reply Vaan looked at the screen to see how the battle was progressing.

[Naia]

It's a great day indeed, she met a new pilot or warrior so to say. Pleasure to meet you too. She said knowing basic English very good. 'He must be good then.' She thought once he said he was a warrior and a mercenary. She was just a pilot that has a dream to become the best pilot, but for her it's all about becoming the fastest pilot ever. Yes I am a pilot too. She decided to sit on the chair that was not taken next to him. Sure. She said her voice excited. This would be fun now, this would be her first team and soon many battles await her. Something told her that they were going to be good team mates. She looked back at the screen. This place is going to see her face more then one time. She was quite new to the town and a tour would be useful. She was just using a town map and the suggestions of a friend that told her were she should surely visit.

[Vaan]

Vaan smiled a bit and looked at Naia. "I'm glad to be working with another pilot" Vaan said happily. Many battles were in the future. This was great, Vaan had a team member, but not a team name. "What do you think our team name should be" Vaan asked. He wanted Naia's input and wondered what kind of names she thought of.

"What kind of zoid do you pilot? I pilot a custom built command wolf. I nicknamed him Fenrir" Vaan said. With a team member things were about to get fun. A team base, a name, fights, and everything in between. Vaan wondered if Naia knew her way around town and if she had a place to stay. Judging by Naia's accent and English speaking it was possible that she might not have been here long. "Do you need a tour around town" Vaan asked curiously. He wanted to help out his new team member as much as possible.

[Naia]

She wondered what kind of pilot he was and what kind of zoid he has. She smiled once he said that he's glad to be working with another pilot. 'Umm that means I'm in?' She thought in her own language. She confirmed it once he wanted to know her thoughts for a team name. Umm... She looked around trying to come up with something. I don't know yet. Maybe if we...get to know each other better we can think of a name. She said once more freezing for a second to think.

I pilot just a normal Command wolf. Mine is called wolf. She giggled at the end cause of the simple nickname. But the way she pronounced it was different it would sound like 'Wolef'. So they both piloted command wolves. I like the word Shock. She said, maybe he can make a name out of it. Naia wanted to see this Fenrir of his. She was pretty much lost around the place. Maybe we can go to the team base. She said wanting to see his zoid, Of coarse curiosity. She nodded when he said if she needed a tour around town. That would e helpful. She said giggling in her stupidity not knowing the town yet.

[Vaan]

"Yeah. It would be good to get to know each other" Vaan said smiling. Getting to know each other was a good idea, first it let them think of a name and second if they knew each other then they might be able to perform well together. Vaan was happy that he had a nice team member like Naia. Vaan was glad to have met her and asked her to join his team. Vaan ordered another glass of milk and payed for it promptly.

Vaan smiled when Naia told him she also piloted a command wolf and she called it wolf. Shock, that was a good word but it was hard to think of a good word to go with it. "Well to apply for a team base, I need a team name and logo" Vaan said. Vaan thought for a moment and then decided to speak up. "Alright want me to show you around? We can take our command wolfs to walk around" Vaan said. His Fenrir was outside just waiting for Vaan to pilot him.

[Naia]

Naia watched the TV screen once more. The battle was over, she then saw the pilot's faces who they were. Well she had no clue who they are. Well we can know what is our strengths and wake..weaknesses. She said. It was easy to guess that her accent was from europe so to say Holland. Still she thought of names, shock was the first to enter her mind once more. 'Shock..wave..shockwave!' She thought. We can connect words! Like I think of shock and maybe you add wave behind it. Shockwave. She said having now thought of a possibility.

He can also come up with a word and she too can think of something to add to it. She giggled once he ordered milk, it was rare to see people drink milk at a bar. She just asked for a cup of water which was free. Team name and logo. Well once we have a team name getting a logo would be easy! It would be easy, they can just think of something it resembles and then draw it. Great! She said wondering if she would remember the city if a day. She drank the cup of water in two large gulps.

[Vaan]

Naia said something about strengths and weaknesses. "True, we can know our strengths and weaknesses" Vaan said. He had to think for a moment about what he considered a strength and what was considered a weakness. "Well what are your strengths" Vaan asked. Vaan thought about what Naia just said. "Shockwave...I like it" Vaan said.

"Alright. While thinking you want to go look around town" Vaan asked curiously. Vaan finished his milk and stood up. It was important to exercise after eating. Vaan smiled at the thought of having a team base. He wanted to help Naia settle in and get used to the town, so he was willing to help in any way he could.

[Naia]

Naia thought of her own strengths for a moment there. Well one of her good traits is that she doesn't panic while in tight spots. She's a quick thinker and her speed usually helps her. On the other side her weaknesses she can't really think of any. It's hard for one to think of there own weaknesses. Well I don't panic in tight ..situations? She said doubting the last word that she said if it was the right word. She needed to practice more. Maybe in the coming months she will be able to speak it fluent without having to stop and think or doubt a word. With the help of Vaan that is.

Being happy he liked it she started to think of another name. It's good for him to think of a name too. She looked back at the TV screen. There was an advertisement on it, a well known pilot was bragging about an equip lazer weapon for your zoid. Sure. She said as she got up grabbing her bag with her shirt in. She then tipped the waitress cause of her kindness and walked outside. There were quite a few zoids outside running around and some just stationed there. Hers was just a street away. Umm mine is just over there. She said pointing to a street.

[Vaan]

Naia said she doesn't panic in tight situations. "That's a good trait" Vaan said. His only skills were martial arts, surviving, and making strategies. Vaan couldn't think about what his weaknesses were, not to say he didn't have weaknesses, he just wasn't sure what they were. Vaan noticed that Naia had trouble with English and thought he would help her when he could.

There were quite a few zoids walking about town. "Yours is over there huh? Fenrir is out back behind the bar" Vaan said. His command wolf didn't have special paint or anything it just had some slight weapon upgrades. Vaan walked to the corner of the building so he could see Fenrir. Thanks too Vaan's constant maintenance of his partner, Fenrir looked beautiful as always.

[Naia]

She looked around seeing quite a few zoids, she tried to remember who pilots what that can turn out to be an advantage out later in future battles and challenges. Well we shall meet here then. I will then go and get mine now. She said as she darted off down the street. She was quite quick on her legs. It didn't take long that she saw wolf just standing there. She climbed up in the zoid, sitting down and pressing some buttons switching him on. Alright Wolf! We got ourselves in a team! She said out to the zoid. The command wolf started walking, it was just a few steps to the bar. She stopped and looked around, then spotting another command wolf. She'd be happy to draw a logo when they have finally chosen a name for the team. She looked around the area then on the radar, many zoids were indeed around. Even in the air there could be flying zoids to see.
