Hunkering down lower once he fired the missiles he watched and waited for the other command wolf to make it's appearance. The radar didn't lie and Marcus called it as Naia began her decent from the hill. Turning his ZOID around the tail snapped straight and began to lock into place as he was turned over and a rifle butt was placed into Marcus's shoulder. Leading the command wolf as she came and approached the collapsed entrance of the cave Marcus adjusted his aim so that his shot wouldn't outright destroy the ZOID but rather just put it out of commission. Letting his breath out slowly he waited for that time just between the beats of his heart before pulling the trigger. “Tag your .... it” With a thunderous BOOM the 144mm shell rocketed from the barrel of the gunsniper and speed towards it's target. The shot would have been like throwing up a giant red flag as to his location so he quickly switched off of sniper mode and in moments began to dash back along the river and towards the brush once more.

[Vaan]

Vaan was annoyed with trying to dig through the rock so he had Fenrir step back and fire a missile blowing away the rocks. Vaan made it just in time to hear a shot being fired. "Naia, watch out" Vaan said worriedly. Vaan saw where the shot came from and ran after it. Vaan saw the gunsniper and fired a few rounds of his gatling guns as a warning shot. This fight was as good as over now that Vaan was back in the fight.

[Naia]

Naia was sure to see that thing or at least lure it out. Well it didn't take long that she heard something and saw the shell coming towards her. Quickly she placed the boosters on, the command wolf getting a boost of speed going very fast, she didn't have it full yet. The shell passed by so fast that she was almost hit if she hadn't used that boost. That was close, but now I found you! She spoke out loud now as she located the gunsniper. Pressing a few buttons more she then activated the missiles. Your mine. She said in her own language then aiming. As the gunsniper was moving now it would be a bit hard to it it but she randomly fired at it in a radius of 1 meter so if it boosted it'd get hit, if he went to the side or jump he'd get hit and of course firing at it, hoping that one would at least hit. Still having the boosters on she picked up speed to catch up with the gunsniper. The only bad part would be if it just stopped and faced her, then they'd collide.

“Oh &%@#!” Ducking and dodging the gunsniper made tracks as the rounds and missiles thundered about it. He thought he had that shot but the sudden reappearance of the Vaan's Command wolf complicated things since it was on his tail. “You got to be kidding me!!” alarms blaring Marcus looked back to see all the missiles falling about him. This was insane but there was little he could do. Activating the gattling cannons Marcus began to fire at the missiles falling in front of him and boosted at the same time. The shots nailed the missiles rocket components sending them into a spin so when he accelerated past them the contrail of his passage pulled them downwards behind him directly into the path of Vaan's command wolf. It was a risky move but it was that or get turned to scrap metal and there was no way he was going to lose this ZOID to anyone.

Vaan watched as Marcus weaved his way through the missile shower, now it was Vaan's turn to do the same. Vaan used what he learned in the past to duck, jump, flip, and dart past the missiles. "Naia, be careful with the missiles" Vaan said. He sighed with relief knowing that Fenrir was alright. Fenrir was Vaan's pride and joy, he hated having anything bad happen to it.

Vaan chased the gunsniper and was close behind it. Vaan aimed a shot for Marcus's ankle to try and disable the running away. Vaan fired a round of shots and moved to the right just in case his bullets hit. Vaan was proud of how well his zoid was working at the moment. "Come on, go down already" Vaan said as he watched the gunsniper.

[Naia]

Naia thought it'd be a hit seeing there was no escapes for him, but he activated the gattle. Sighting she thought of something else seeing it almost got Vaan in trouble. Sorry Well something beside missiles would do then. She slowed down a bit now by turning off the boosts, pressing a few more buttons then continuing. Seeing as Vaan took the right side she'd take the left. Then an idea hit her. What if she boosted once more, try to pass the sniper seeing the wolf ran faster then it with the boost. Once at it's side make it rain bullets now maybe she can damage some important wires from the outside and probably disable something, at least that's damage. Seeing missiles she needs to be careful with. I think I got something, how about I speed up to it and make it rain bullets on it? She said as she thought of the situation and the possibilities that she had to do this and what he might do for defense. They'd both get hit probably.

Deeking and dodging left and right Marcus leaped to the right suddenly his ZOIDS foot leaving the ground just as the bullet smashed where his foot once was. Since he leaped upwards his speed was slowed dramatically allowing Vaan to catch up. When Marcus came down it would be right on top of Vaan's ZOIDS back. If Marcus did this right the sudden added weight would force Vaan's Zoid into the ground allowing Marcus too immediately leaped backwards again so he would land behind them both and once again open up with the Gatling guns to pepper the both of them.

[Vaan]

Vaan missed by a second and cursed under his breath. Vaan saw that the gunsniper was above him and smiled. "This is checkmate" Vaan said calmly. He moved out of the way of the gunsniper and then turned as quickly as possible so one of Fenrir's gatling guns was aimed at the gunsniper's neck. Vaan smiled to himself and was proud of how his zoid was handling. "I believe that is checkmate" Vaan said pointing a missile pack at the gunsniper as well. This was a good accomplishment for Vaan's team.

[Naia]

Before Naia can really do much the sniper just leaped up. She watched as Fenrir moved away in a record time, grinning she aimed her regular side guns towards the sniper's body. 'Aim....shoot!' she thought as she pressed the button to fire, she repeatedly kept shooting at it to cause as much damage as possible to it. She hoped that they got to the sniper this time. Or they'd have to think of something else. Well even if they win it's 1 against 2 so it won't really matter much. So far she's amazed how he's handling the two. It took them far too long to take this sniper down. He's quite tough but the duo can do it!

The move was clever but there was one serious problem with Vaan's plan and that was that Marcus was still in motion. The barrel was pointed at the gunsnipers head for a fraction of a second before Marcus forced his gun to spin slashing his tail out to collide with the command wolfs side armor and knock it into Naia's line of fire. With the two of them busting each other up Marcus swung back around and let loose with both gatling cannon's and the Beam Launcher at the both of them using Vaan's downed Wolf as a shield. If he was going to go down he was definitely going to make it costly too them.

[Vaan]

Vaan didn't have time to react as Marcus made his clever move. Vaan got hit my Naia's bullets and heard that dreadful noise. Vaan looked at his monitor. Command system freeze, the worst thing that can happen to a pilot. "Fenrir! Are you alright buddy" Vaan said to his zoid worriedly. Vaan looked at Naia's command wolf and smiled. "Naia, go after him and don't worry about ammo. Use what you need to beat him" Vaan said smiling. He hoped this would be a temporary system freeze. Vaan consoled Fenrir and paryed that he'd be able to move quickly.

[Naia]

Just when she thought they had him! Then he made the unexpected. 'Now this Marcus is fun.' She thought once he made the move. Luckily she wasn't using missiles but just bullets, she stopped firing as soon as she saw the move making Vaan get five or so bullets. These were just regular bullets it's quite damaging but nothing to worry about unless if it hits somewere important. Hearing that Vaan's Fenrir froze she bit down her lip. Well it's time to get up close with this guy then. Alright. She said as she pressed a few buttons then pressing the boost button. Wolf darting with an amazing speed, just running about four steps then leaping up jumping Fenrir over, while in mid air she started shooting missiles at the sniper. Still in mid air, Wolf's claws charged up. She was going to land right before the sniper. Gravitiy doing it's work she was coming back down now, she knew that he'd use grattle again so she stopped firing when she got close and trough all that smoke of she'd just appear and use the charged claws hopefully to slash something off of it. Since she's coming from above she'd hit it's head and then slice her way down.

“Aww dammit ... missiles!!” taking a few stepps back to avoid direct hits he could feel the impacts buffeting the ZOID but Marcus was not out yet. Tucking his tail around as the missiles fell around him Marcus rolled the gunsniper backwards moving with the wolfs forwards momentum. But as the wolf came down out of the smoke all it found was the up turned clawed feet of the gunsniper which would slam hard into it's midsection with the claws digging deeply into the armored belly. Following along with the momentum the gunsniper would push off with it's coiled legs to throw the wolf up and forwards as the gatling guns peppered the under belly. If this didn't take the wolf down Marcus was in no position to retaliate cause it would take him much too long to get back up to fight.
